History of I Love Schools, Inc.

I Love Schools, Inc. is a nationwide 501(c)(3) non-profit founded by Jerry Hall in June of 2003. I Love Schools, Inc. is a web-based service to help America’s donors find school teachers needing basic school equipment, supplies and materials. Any teacher can register for free, ask for anything they need, and donors are matched to give 100% of their donation directly to the classroom.

Teachers currently spend an average of $600 from their own pockets to buy these supplies for their classroom. Many teachers use all the resources available through their school districts and try to add creative tools to the classroom to spark their kid’s imaginations.

I Love Schools, Inc. maintains it’s development, administrative and operational costs through the profits of Hall’s core web design business - eWebLab.com and from gifts of generous private donors. We recruit donors and teachers through mass media, word of mouth and through internal corporate communication vehicles.

By June 2004, at the end of it’s first year I Love Schools, Inc. registered over 8,000 teachers from all 50 states currently averaging over 400 new teachers each week. Through September 2004 we have over 13,000 registered teachers.

I Love Schools, Inc. needs corporate and individual donors to visit iLoveSchools.com, do a search of their area schools and offer their help in any way they can. Teachers are giving their all to improve the education of America’s kids. iLoveSchools.com gives America a way to pitch in and lend a hand.
