For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the visitors Internet Protocol (IP) address.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our blog, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number. We do collect credit card numbers to process a donation or purchase transaction but, do not store any credit card numbers or other data on our computers.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, shared with agents or contractors who assist in providing support for our internal operations, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Website, to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other corporate change respecting the Website.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends. From time to time we use cookies to temporairly store user sessions to increase user's ability to navigate back and forth without losing data.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by or unsubscribing at the bottom of any newsletter. For registered teacher, school, district or donor-users of our site We must have your email to continue transacting donated funds for WishLists or, to transact donations if you are a donor. You can close your account at any time in your dashboard and any funds you had in your account will be disbursed according to our User Agreement.

We do not share your personal or contact information with any outside marketing or sales agencies or other firms that may seek to contact you for any reason. If you feel this policy has been violated for any reason please contact us at complaint@iLoveSchools.com.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. We conduct all transactions via email.

Users who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding transactions they have placed, are actively engaged in, or are prime candidates for donations we believe would be best transmitted over the telephone.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. We may partner with such agencies who will use IP and page-viewing behaviors for general statistical purposes. No outside vendor will have any access to any users' personal information.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site or, in our regular newsletters, to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information that we maintain about them, unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.

Consumers can access, and edit at their discretion, this information by or visiting their teacher, school, district or donor dashboard.

With respect to financial security We use PayPal for our credit card transactions. During the payment processing period no financial information is ever stored on our site or server. All transactional information is delivered directly to PayPal through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. PayPal has over 60 million users and has taken great pains to make your online transactions hassle free and safe.
